About Cobblestone Lake Preserve
Cobblestone Lake Preserve is a residential neighborhood comprised of 75 single-family homes in Champlin, Minnesota. The Homeowners Association is governed by the “Cobblestone Lake Preserve Declaration”, Bylaws, and subsequent legal amendments. A Board of Directors oversees governance of the HOA. Association dues are levied annually. Dues are established per the Declaration and approved by members present at the HOA Annual Meeting.
